Truwood have experience working with prominent quantity surveyors to assist with producing budget costs for projects before they go out for tender. Truwood can also assist with value engineering of projects if required. Truwood have completed nominated sub-contracts, where we deal directly with the Professional Quantity Surveyor on all aspects, from tender submission through to agreement of the final account. We recognize in these recessionary times the need for budget constraints and value for money and with our accurate tendering prior to manufacture you can feel secure that there will be no hidden extras on completion of the contract.
During projects we regularly have to liaise with Architects to achieve certain details & finishes to complement their designs. Our in house cad technicians will produce working drawings for every component in a project which will be forwarded to the Architect for approval prior to commencement of production. We understand the need to have the architect involved at every stage of manufacture and so once a project has been given the go ahead, we designate a project manager to coordinate with the architect so they are in complete control and thus a satisfactory outcome is guaranteed.
Truwood have enormous experience in working with Interior designers over the past number of years. We allow the designer to realise his/her concept by providing the technical and workshop skills necessary to deliver an end result. This is best achieved by completing working samples, to demonstrate how the final product should look. When a sample has being agreed upon we will create a full set of Cad technical drawings, detailing how each element is to be manufactured. This offers important assurance to the designer that they in turn can promise a client of a quality end product with guarantee.
