CNC Operator

Truwood are a looking to recruit a CNC operative for an immediate start, the ideal candidate will have experience in working a pod and rail CNC and also a flat table nesting CNC. 

The ideal candidate will:

• Fully understand the working of a nesting CNC and its functions

• Have experience in cabinet making/joinery

• Have an understanding of nesting software

• Be able to program based on workshop drawings.

• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.

• Optimize material usage using nesting software.

Requirements for role: 

• Ability to interpret workshop drawings required.

• Able to work as part of a team

• Must be good at troubleshooting

• Have a keen eye for detail

• CNC Programming experience preferred.

• Experience using nesting software, and AutoCAD preferred, but not essential.
