Crafting Sustainable Luxury: Truwood's Bespoke Residential Projects
At Truwood, we take great pride in our portfolio of luxury residential projects. Our styles and the materials we use are versatile and can range from modern and contemporary to traditional, based on the specific requirements and specifications of the client, architect or designer. We are proud of the fact that we deliver high-quality work, utilising sustainable materials, and being fully compliant with all environmental legislation and requirements. With years of experience in the industry, our company has become the go-to choice for architects and designers who require skilled and reliable joinery work.
STYLES
We take a holistic approach to every project, understanding that every detail matters. From the initial consultation to the final installation, we work closely with our clients and designers to ensure that their unique requirements are met. Our skilled craftsmen use traditional and modern techniques to create bespoke joinery pieces that are both functional and beautiful.
One of our most recent projects in Naul, Co. Dublin was a traditional style library. We worked closely with the client on the design and materials to be used. Key features of this project were the wall panelling, cabinetry, doors and bespoke picture frame.
In contrast, the West Hampstead project in London was a contemporary style with modern wall panelling. We worked closely with architects WCEC Architects and designers Amos & Amos on this project to achieve the required style.
Sustainability and Environmental Impact
We understand the importance of minimising our impact on the environment. That's why we are committed to improving our environmental performance. Our aim is to reduce our carbon footprint, reduce waste, and promote sustainable practices in all aspects of our work. We take every opportunity to utilise energy-efficient practices and are always looking for ways to innovate and reduce our environmental impact. An example of this is our own biomass boiler that burns all waste wood and dust to heat the factory.
One of our primary goals is to ensure that the wood we use in our projects is sustainably sourced. We are committed to working with FSC certified suppliers who can demonstrate that they sourced their wood from well-managed forests. This is essential not only to help protect the environment but also to ensure the longevity of the industry.
Our commitment to sustainability and quality work has earned us a reputation for excellence. We partner with some of the best architects and designers in the industry. Our ability to interpret their visions and bring them to life is what sets us apart from other joinery companies.
