We are currently looking for experienced Project Managers to join our expanding team.
We require project managers who are capable of ensuring all projects are completed to expectation in terms of time, quality and cost. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of joinery. They must ensure the overall delivery requirements for all projects are achieved as per the schedule agreed with the client.
The ultimate responsibility of any Project Manager at Truwood is to ensure all clients are happy with their end product.
Reporting to: Reporting to the Contracts Director
Role:
Ensure projects are completed to expectation with regards to Time, Cost and Quality.
Managing and motivating site teams to deliver projects on time.
Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets.
Preparing and monitoring work progammes to deliver projects to deadlines.
Produce accurate and professional records and reports.
Responsible for maintaining excellent client relationships.
Providing specialist technical leadership.
Criteria
Experience of managing and developing a team
Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff and clients
Ambitious and self motivated
IT and standard industry software skills
Strong trades background (preferably in joinery)
3+ years experience in Project Managing Role
Willing to travel
Excellent written and oral presentation skills
