Spray Finisher

We are currently recruiting for a spray finisher. The main role of the spray finisher is operate the spray area in a safe and cost effective manner finishing all joinery to a very high standard and in accordance with the specified finishes.

Responsibilities

Spray Area
Achieve high quality finishes on all joinery in a proficient manner
Quantify Materials required for each job
Ensure all materials required are placed with office in good time
Ensure sufficient stock levels of standard items to avoid panic buying
Keep accurate records of all spray applications
Drop diary into office once per week for all records to be put against each job
Ensure the spray area is kept in a safe, clean and organised fashion
Training
Provide supervision and training to apprentices where required
Promote Bring forward to learn about new finishes/ techniques and gain training if required to
Health & Safety
Quality

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

To ensure a safe working environment.
To adhere to all Health and Safety regulations.
To impart knowledge and training where necessary.
To undertake any other duties appropriate to the post delegated by the managers or directors.
